That link provides a good list of things to think about. Other things that I have asked in the past are:
How often are the generators and UPS/batteries tested? How old are the UPS batteries and when are they replaced? How much power load can be placed on the UPS and for how long? For most, I guess it comes down to available space, number of carriers and price. Nobody mentioned Iomart in London?
