We use Idera ServerBackup Enterprise (formerly R1Soft Continuous Data Protection) and are very happy with it - snapshots, block level backups, Windows and Linux support, multi-point replication, MySQL plugin, SQL Server support, Exchange support.
It got a bit of a bad reputation for a badly botched re-write with version 3, but versions 4 and 5 have both worked well. Beware, it does love disk I/O on the backup server though!
