True but is pretty more important than works for customer? I hate most of the crap racks they bought cheaply, they all vary in rails vs sides for cabling and support of heavier items so you have to tailor to each one and you can't have the right stuff ready. Then there's colour too, some like to paint them black as it's prettier but them you can't see what you're doing inside. Telecity are replacing their old Hex racks with newer shorter ones so you can fit less in, you end with differnt heights at each site so the layours can't quite be common > I suspect many DCs won't allow you for this reason. Also it's a lot more > faff to have individual customers bringing in their own racks one at a > time, rather than a contractor doing a job lot. Especially if they want to add containment brandon
