Hi Charlie, we have network between Europe and Asia, we can do this. I'll pass the request to someone to contact you. Its unlikely you'll get anything decent by going direct to Singtel, they prefer to keep pricing high for one off requirements and work via partners. Level3 and Verizon aren't set up for this, what they do have is for corporates and expensive as you noticed. NTT should be better but again, unlikely to be amazing for a one off requirement outside their home turf.
