Gavin, We finally managed to get the BT line in. It two or three attempts to get Telehouse to liaise with Openreach's docklands team successfully.
To be fair to Telehouse - we've had horrendous problems since getting BT lines into other data centres. They're all as bad as each other. The funniest thing is when BT can't install a phone line into their own telephone exchange! C -- Charlie Boisseau Fluency Communications Ltd. e. As you probably know running Cat5 in TH North is difficult and expensive unless the route is pretty short. Is there anyone else who happens to be in TFM17 or the very near vicinity who would be willing to do an OOB swap? FYI: TFM17 is on the fourth floor at the far right end of the corridor when you come out of the lift. Hi Charlie, Same here. Almost ordered an analogue line from Telehouse for this. What did you do in the end? Thanks. -- Kind Regards, Gavin Henry.
