Used to use them for customer routes only at first but now they are in none preferenced natural BGP blend and can't recall the last bother. Helpdesk a million times more responsive than L3 or Gblx ever are/were and they even beat NTT and Telia in response. We've also found them to be very good, and extremely helpful support too. Not had too many issues (we've certainly had a lot more issues with Level3 than Cogent!) I'd be happy to recommend them.
