With only 2 weeks until UKNOF27 on 21 January in Manchester, a reminder to
register for the meeting if you are planning to attend.
EARLY BIRD (ie, free) registrations are only open for one more day (until
Tuesday 7 January), after which, registrations will be chargeable. Early
registration also helps us with our meeting logistics - as various deadlines to
the venue and other suppliers need to be met very soon.

We now have over 160 registered delegates - nearly double the max registered
delegates in previous 'outside of London' meetings we have held. :-) We are
also going to have a packed agenda (Presentations on the day will, amongst
others, include building the Janet 100GE national network, Nominet's registry
infrastructure transformation, impact of new gTLDs by ICANN and Comcast's IPv6
deployment.)

Although the booking deadline for our negotiated hotel rates has passed, we
note that the Group Code at the Hilton Deansgate still works for Monday 20
January and Tuesday 21 January - however we are not sure how long this will
remain active as it seems to be an oversight by the hotel. You may using the

IX MANCHESTER MEETING - Monday 20 January

The IX Manchester LINX Regional Meeting will be held on 20 January, the day
prior to UKNOF. This will be in the same venue, however if you wish to attend
the IX Manchester meeting then you will have to register separately for that
meeting by 15 January at the latest, at:
