Probably depends who in any large firm you get, but Olswang seemed clued-up. Named in a court order by them once when a customer was naughty and was impressed enough with their work to subsequently use them ourselves. Didn't have to explain Mere Conduit to them and their advice on OFCOM and DPA regulatory issues kept senior management happy and off my back. Zoe.
