Hi All, About this time last year I sent an email out saying that I would be attending LINX80 and it would be my first LINX meeting, I'd like to get to know you all a bit better, "who wants to meet up and say hi!".
Well I did attend but I was on crutches and really rather ill. Sadly the only person I spoke to was a very nice man sat next to me called Rupert from Yahoo! except I took some rather powerful drugs and had little to no response to his conversation (but not because of lack of interest!). I also didn't attend the social in the evening, more drugs were ingested and I pretty much passed out in my hotel room. I am near enough back to full health again now and I will be at LINX84 and even presenting on the Monday. So once again, this is essentially my first time at LINX and wondered if anyone wants to meet up for a beer after at the social and tell me how appalling I am at presenting that would be fine with me :) All the best and see you all there I hope!
