I think most do but using google / he / etc. Looking glasses whilst useful have reduced in value with much better BGP diagnostics in most modern routers and more peers giving cli read access on borders for debug etc. I've also found that some of them, although not the LINX collector, are not maintained so you don't get as much useful info, or worse more confusing info.
