UKNOF28 is taking place just under five weeks away on Thursday 24 April 2014
and registrations are going very well. Due to higher than expected registration
numbers, we are pleased to announce a change to a larger venue.
The new venue is:
De Vere Wokefield Park, Goodboys Lane, Mortimer, Reading, RG7 3AH
Travel options to the venue will be announced soon.
I would like to remind you of some important dates:
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS DEADLINE

We are still seeking additional material. If you have something to submit or

The submission deadline is 31 March.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKING DEADLINE

For those of you who would like to book accommodation we have negotiated rates
on behalf of those attending UKNOF28. Further information and booking details
of those hotels are in the Accommodation section at:

The negotiated rates on the hotels are for Double rooms, include breakfast and
VAT and bookings are flexible (ie, may be cancelled closer to the arrival date
- no payment processed on booking, although your card details will be required
to place the reservation).
Negotiated rates are available until 2 April at the meeting venue (De Vere
Wokefield Park) and the others until 27 March, after which their standard rates
will apply.

To help us with meeting logistics, please register for the meeting as soon as
possible.
EARLY BIRD (FREE) registrations are available until 10 April 2014, after which
time all standard registrations are chargeable at £50 + VAT (plus Eventbrite
fee).
