Hi All, So, I now have a "semi"-bulletproof way of at least getting to the right team, as most of you probably know Vodafone operate a whitelist for IP ranges as they only want the suresignal to work in the UK.
Sometimes (most of the time) IP ranges do not automaticly get picked up from what I have been told, however if you use the following number to get through to the suresignal team... Dial 08700 700 191, when asked for mobile number press #, then use the following options (correct as of April 2014) Op 2, Op 2, Op 2, Op 2, Op 5 Once you are through to the SureSignal team asked to be put through to the 'TRAC' team, these guys are UK Based 3rd line support and know what they are talking about. Our range is in the process of being whitelisted and should be complete in 24-48 hours, I have asked if there is a more direct route as getting escalated to them may be the problem, if they come back with anything useful I'll update you all!
