I have a remote office in New York that just had some IP transit delivered to it, i was planning on getting someone who knew what they were doing to go configure this quickly, but instead an exec decided his "IT Guy" could sort it out.
He tried to reconfigure a cisco 1900 ISR series via the web console and broke the whole thing, didnt know the CLI and has un racked the router, and really torn apart the whole network. Kindly he set up two consumer grade access points for us to use in the mean time though. I am now 5k miles away, with no way of being able to do this myself, i need to find a contractor/company who will go in there and fix it. Will probably take them a few hours to get it all working again. Does anyone know anyone/companies that have an engineer to send out? Many thanks Will
