I've just had three Vodafone circuits run in over THUS fibre in the past year, 
so it should be possible. I just needed to mention that it was over THUS fibre 
tail when quoting the B-end site address, and there didn't seem to be 
significant issues.

Definitely Thus fibre.  You need to ask your Vodafone account manager to lookup 
the fibre on 'Mozart' - the old legacy Thus fibre mapping system (you'll need 
the full address).  They're not trained on this anymore, and it's not really in 
their kit-bag to sell, so you have to ask very very nicely!
