I checked, we dont have any :( But, do Equinix Slough have any - you could raise a remote hands to get a patch lead if they do .... its a long shot but trying to think who in the area might have something they can give you..
If this isn't a sensitive optical requirement eg DWDM or other long haul then just try an SC/PC patch lead. It'll work there's just not a perfect mating occurring and the light will have a small air gap but its pretty low loss. It can cause damage (scratching) but its minor and again if its not DWDM won't be an issue..
