With under 6 weeks until UKNOF29 at Assembly Buildings in Belfast on 8 & 9
September, here are some details and a reminder of some important dates.
We are pleased to be coming to Belfast and Northern Ireland for the first time,
and are happy to see UKNOF used as a catalyst for complimentary events from
other organisations being held in the same week.
Planning had originally started off as a one day meeting, after which there was
interest from Internet Society ION to co-locate with UKNOF, increasing UKNOF29
to 1.5 days.
Further to this, RIPE NCC are now going to hold IPv6 training during the
remainder of the week at the same venue. Please refer to The RIPE NCC training
web site.
If any of your colleagues/customers would be interested in attending UKNOF,
please pass this email on to them.
MEETING DELEGATE REGISTRATION DEADLINES - Thursday 28 August

To help us with meeting logistics, please register for the meeting as soon as
possible.
EARLY BIRD (FREE) registrations are available until 28 August 2014, after which
time all (non-sponsor delegate) registrations will be chargeable at £50 + VAT
(plus Eventbrite fee).

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING

We have negotiated rates at various hotels on behalf of those attending
UKNOF29. Further information and booking details of those hotels, plus a link

The negotiated rates range between £65 and £145 including breakfast and VAT and
bookings are flexible (ie, may be cancelled closer to the arrival date - no
payment processed on booking, although your card details will be required to
place the reservation).
All bookings are online and are on a limited first come first served basis.
Once the allocations are taken up, standard hotel rates will apply. If you have
a particular hotel preference, it would be advisable for you to book as early
as possible.
Our negotiated rates cover the period 5 - 10 September. If you are staying for
the RIPE training and require an extended stay then please get in touch and we
can see how we may assist.
