BT Wholesale do have a list of approved frame types that can traverse
their network, but my memory isn't good enough to tell you if LACP was
on it (and it would have to be L2TP'd if so).

The "Openreach" EAD product, as a point to point bit of fibre with a
decent media converter on each end, should allow it to my knowledge.

But unless you're in the exchange(s) yourself, you'd have to check with
your wholesale aggregator as to whether or not they can support you
running LACP across their backhaul.

(Whether or not LACP is a good idea in such an instance, is another
matter entirely).
