Yes seems to be uk-wide and multiple service providers, we are a BTW customer and I noticed it go down at 09:10 - thankfully we were up and running pretty quickly but no one seems to be admitting to there being a problem anywhere!

My network is ok and up now, following a 15 min disconnect for my customers, however my phone system provider is still down. O2 (sky) seems to be back up too but was also affected.
