Hi All, If you're not on the UKNOT jobs mailing list I have just sent out the below;
We (Updata Infrastructure Ltd) have a continual requirement for hiring for the position of Technical Solutions Engineer. It’s our top level of engineer expertise that design and build large scale service provider networks. This is the team that I work in so I can answer questions on what life's like working at Updata, general question about the company, how we do things etc. I can answer general question about the position too but not regarding benefits and contract details of course. You can also reach me on [email protected]. Updata is under rapid expansion and we're continually hiring - as per the advert we're a leader in PSN networking and winning business left, right and centre. We're on the lookout for people who can think for themselves; yes you will be asked technical questions during the interview process about networking but you also need to be able to apply logical process to challenges when using technologies foreign to you. There is a job positing on line: http://careers.peopleclick.com/careerscp/client_capita/external/en_US/jobDetails.do?functionName=getJobDetail&jobPostId=124808&localeCode=en-us I know there is no salary range on that job posting which everyone loves to complain about. HR write the advert not me but be assured it’s going to be anything form £30k to £50k as it is obviously depending on the candidate - bottom line is if you have the skills you'll be paid for them. Cheers, James.
