Dear colleagues UKNOF29 & ION Conference was another successful UKNOF meeting.
This was our first time in Northern Ireland and we are pleased to say it was another successful meeting - close to 150 registrations, 80 participants watching the live webcast and around 80 people on the IRC channel - with lots of interesting content by the various speakers. It was nice to see around 40% of the attendees in the room from Ireland - 20% from Northern Ireland, and 20% from south of the border in the Republic of Ireland. The meeting also saw approximately 75% of the registrations from those attending a UKNOF meeting for the first time. This was also the first time we trialled a multiple day meeting (thanks go to Internet Society for co-hosting ION Conference with us), with very positive feedback from participants. [[ PARTICIPANT SURVEY ]] We are constantly looking at how we can improve UKNOF meetings, and if you watched the UKNOF29 webcast, we would appreciate your feedback.
