I remember they sponsored the UKNOF meeting at Reading last year and were very keen to show off their range of hardware which was a lot more than just networking equipment; they seemed pretty keen to impress.
They helped out a lot in terms reception etc where they didn't have to and were really friendly.
The problem they have, from the installs I'm aware of, is technical experience within the channel.
