It is interesting that you ask about Ethics though - it is a tricky one. I think most people are happy with playing regulators and authorities at their own game, following their exact rules to best advantage, but it is not always considered acceptable. Even so, a company director has a legal obligation to act in the best interests of the shareholders not the regulator.
