I think they may still have a datacentre on that site and thus may be worth approaching. However I think the majority of the site is now run by Arqiva who have a much shinier and newer datacentre they're calling Chalfont Grove, which would potentially make them a better bet, though it looks like it may be managed through/by GVA Grimley.
