We are delighted to announce that UKNOF 31 sees our return to Manchester Central and with the event being just over a month away, we're now looking for abstract submissions and presentations. Presentations are usually 30 minutes in duration, are exciting, and often include topics as follows: * Network operations * Network architecture and design * Networking hardware and software architecture * Peering and interconnect * Data centre design and operations * IPv6 deployment * Network monitoring and measurement * New innovations in networking technology * Open protocol standards * Domain Name System infrastructure * Network security and abuse prevention * Impact of public policy of network operations * Confessions * Stories from the field * Networking History If you are looking at submitting, we encourage submissions of abstracts as soon as possible as this allows us to ensure that we have exciting and thought provoking presentations and very importantly allows us to publish the meeting agenda earlier, which you have asked us to do. If you'd prefer to discuss this with a PC member please get in touch. Recordings of previous UKNOF meetings are available on www.uknof.org.uk<http://www.uknof.org.uk>. If you haven't yet registered please do so ASAP as this allows us to provide the best platform and facilities. More details including registration and accommodation are available on the utterly fantastic UKNOF website! http://www.uknof.org.uk/ We look forward to seeing you in Manchester! Regards, Neil J.
