Options in no particular order, with no recommendation Metaswitch (based uk, but mainly american customers) Broadsoft - either buy it, or they have some new express product. Aled knows more about it. Use Stuart Marsden / myphones.com / - Essentially a hosted SIP and management system. Bring your own SIP trunks and billing system. Scale asterisk. I think what you want to do is fairly achievable with a bit of Kamailio on the front. But a lot of work. There are also loads of people who have made big soft switch investments, who I'm sure would be happy to sell you some service. Skyrack, Timico, DRD Or you could probably just buy a small ITSP - cheaper than some of the options. Everybody I know who has done a platform shift has found that it took a whole lot longer than they thought. In some cases 1-2 years longer. So do a lot of `what if` questioning, and makesure there's not some part you've forgotten. Makesure they whole onboarding of a customer is covered.
