Cogent are on-net there I think, they are good for cheap backup
transit. Also Hibernia are doing some pretty cheap transit at the
minute, I'd check with them too, they are in Soverign House I think,
not sure if they are in Meridian House?

460k routes though, not far off! Enough to get peering I'd say.
