I an only imagine the outages were rather 'selective'.
I use TalkTalk and I was on FB (sad I know) till about 3am this
morning, 4th Dec (work, honest!)
and I didn't experience any issues, nor did the 3-4 other people I
was 'chatting' to who are geographically scattered and on other networks.
I know reporting 'no problems' doesn't help diagnose the issue, but
it does suggest that whatever issues there have been were not a
simple blanket outage.
