We use NetEarth One (http://reseller.netearthone.com), but I don't think they 
have credit terms - we just deposit a chunk of cash as credit on the account 
via a GBP bank transfer periodically.

The portal is OK but not great - it's the LogicBoxes platform, which a few 
wholesale registrars use.

If you ever need support (normally because LogicBoxes screwed something up), 
Chris and co. are great.

They're technically a US company, but staff are based in the UK.
