Were you guys not offered attended handovers? We try and always do these to 
figure out access problems. We had one recently where our kit was in an area 
that had a key lock,
But the current lock was a key we were not allowed to apply for. We dealt with 
BT security and LLU build and provision to get the locks changed to a key we 
were allowed. Happy
