Good work Simon. I completely agree with you. We usually get ours after 20 days (rather than 25) but even so, it's a faily pony service if you ask me. Even in smaller exchanges thats way too long in my opinion. I have forwarded that email internally to try and get some extra votes. Cheers, James.
