I won't go into a rant about having to have line rental in order to have
xDSL....
Is there anyone out there who can provide xDSL (fttc preferably) with a
non-working phone line? I'll pay the line rental (begrudgingly) but the
connection is going into a remote building where it hopefully won't need
to be visited very often and I don't want some clever sole plugging a
phone in and running me up a bill in my absence. Essentially I just
want any (chargeable) calls barred.
SamKnows suggests the exchange has been unbundled by Sky, Talk Talk and
Vodafone if that makes any difference.
