Yes.
Data transfer-out via connections at Eircom is $0.02 per GB
Data transfer-out via Sovereign House or Equinix LD5 connections is $0.03 per GB
Port-hour charges at all 3 locations are the same.

Yes, the AWS Port is charged hourly so a customer can just delete the 
connection at any time and get the circuit moved to be used for another service 
if the provider is happy to do it.
Equally, if it’s taken over by another AWS customer, they should really request 
a new connection, get the LOA and get the circuit/cross-connect moved to that 
new port. 

FYI, customers often take connections to multiple Direct Connect locations for 
resilience and before we added a location at Equinix, the only other location 
in addition to Sov for the Ireland AWS region was via the Eircom PoP.
