Tom: I have only had bad experiences with Mikrotik, but not due to them
really given the model we bought, just a bad spec of the needs.

They are certainly cheaper than anything I otherwise want.  I'm still a fan
of the BSDs and will continue to be, though I don't put my mouth where my
border gateway is...

I'm in the process of removing ipv4 from my home network (had v6 through
aaisp for the last 10 years)... somehow I ended up with two v4 /28s over
the years but I want to actually go totally v6 with a NAT64 gateway at the
ppp stage.
