Hi All

Firstly, we hope you all enjoyed UKNOF35 and found the content interesting and stimulating. If you were at the meeting, or watched via the webcast, we strongly request that you tell us your thoughts via our UKNOF35 survey via: http://uknof.uk/survey35

All survey feedback is read and we should finally be putting some responses around those within a lightning talk at UKNOF36.

We now look to UKNOF36 - with the Christmas holiday season fast approaching, the CFP for UKNOF36 is open and to allow for the holiday period closes at the end of the November via Indico - http://uknof.uk/cfp36

Please feel free to submit an abstract for any content you feel with be appropriate for a UKNOF audience.

One of the topics we feel make make a good presentation is we believe the industry is seeing a slight trend towards using switches with less buffers, specifically to counter-act the issues we all are aware of with Bufferbloat.

We'd love to hear from anyone who may have a potential presentation on the topic of switches with less dense buffers and how solving the Bufferbloat issues can lead to other problems, alongside how these problems can then be alleviated - specifically, things like TCP-incast whereas DCTCP may not be the answer.

If you have a potential presentation on this topic, or any other, please submit an abstract via the CFP or get in touch with any PC member

Thanks
