There are some recurring threads (e.g. asking for carriers providing 
connectivity to certain areas or technologies, or carriers with 
hosting/collocation, or some "sticky" threads) that lead me to think 
UKNOF website (I believe is underused) might be more appropriate to this 
kind of content.

Moreover it could contain some useful tools, such as hash calculators, 
password generators, cisco type 7 decrypter, or "carrier/isp locator" 
depending on the area, and so. Or even an online forum.

It's just a suggestion to take into consideration. I'm sorry if that 
already exists, but I haven't seen it.
