Hello,

Our team has spent considerable time on this with Plusnet end-clients. I
believe this became an issue once Plusnet pulled off LONAP and stuffed in
behind BT. Now, somewhere between Plusnet <-> BT <-> Telia <-> Fastly packets
are being sprayed in such a way that flows specific to Plusnet are breaking.

If anyone at BT or Plusnet feels like working on this please do reach out to
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>.

Happy Monday all,

An acquaintance is having an issue with TCP RST flags being sent by the remote
side (which is behind the Fastly CDN) from the Southbank BT exchange. It
doesn't appear to happen from other exchanges, such as Colindale.

It's already been reported through Plusnet, who appear to accept that a problem
exists when traffic is handed over to Telia only through Faraday rather than
via other routes. Have Plusnet support ticket references, forum posts etc. and
can get other stuff you'd need quite quickly, too.

Seems to be taking quite some time to get resolved via the Usual Processes.

Anyone available to discuss this with me?

Cheers,

Andrew
