Synergy House (MA4) has some space, some power - and is critically having a lot more fibre run into it these days (mostly because MA1 is full). Speaking to Equinix directly about that one isn't the worst idea. The problem with Joule is that Equinix tend to want very large footprints in there, and/or don't want high levels of customisation (i.e. taking a cage and filling it with quarters and halves). But instead of speculating, generally you do find that the OP had a specific reason to ask about the DC they did - hence there aren't a flurry of "why that DC?
