Hello all, Has anybody else out there had trouble getting an Openreach engineer to install a phone line in a rack in LD8 HEX for DSL?
We're trying to get one installed for out-of-band kit management and we're hitting some brick walls, the last one being asked to pay for an Openreach engineers' training? This was quite a simple process for our rack in Telehouse North? We weren't expecting HEX to be any different? Thanks!
