To be honest, my connection in Shrewsbury is 14Mbps ADSL2+ and it's perfectly acceptable except that time I messed up and had to pull my entire offsite backup down again :( I'm sure most of us can look at our graphs and see plenty of customers with 100Mbps ethernet services pulling less than 10 most of the time too.
