Hello,

I'm hoping someone here knows who is responsible for curating the XLN
(xln.co.uk) captive portal part of their SME broadband offering.

A local business that I am often partaking in the company of* hasn't got
very good mobile signal, and now also has broken guest WiFi.

The DSL service itself seems to work fine, it's just the captive portal
that isn't letting anyone log-in (or re-login). XLN's support haven't
been able to understand the problem, and/or the business owners aren't
particularly able to describe what's wrong.

I said I'd take a look around for a clueful contact whom could take a
better look at it. It's a lovely business**, so I'm sure they'd be
overjoyed if we could fix this for them.

On or off-list responses would be more than grateful. They're in
contract for a while, so please don't try selling me a replacement. :)

Many thanks,

* Definitely not a pub.

** OK, it's a pub. An award winning, teeny, tiny pub that serves
cracking beer.
