When you say ISP, do you mean ADSL/FTTx/leased-line provider for your own connectivity? Or do you mean you need recommendations for a wholesale provider who has got their own e.g. LLU network or has a big enough commit to have negotiated good rates with OpenReach? Marek Isalski
