AusNOG has a classifieds mailing list to this very effect. I believe its pretty hands off - caveat emptor - there are no endorsements from AusNOG themselves, its entirely between the buyer and seller with the list being meerly a channel of engagement. I guess thats just like classifieds in a newspaper.
