Pricing-wise, I'd guess that you're looking a bit higher than that now.
I was taking to someone recently about a /17 in the $15/address
ballpark; but if you can deal at £10/address then go for it!
If you want something a bit special, eg: legacy space, you will pay an
additional premium too.
Inter-RIR transfers (have done one of these this year) Just Work (tm),
so don't worry about dealing with space coming in from other regions.
