We (IX Reach) also provide metro services (ethernet or waves) between most London DCs including the Telehouse campus.... price is always negotiable to try to make a business case work!
Telehouse is £3500/year compared to £500/year for a same building XC, tho you need one for each end so its potentially £2500/yr .. only ~£200/mo on the table for the network service. Tho you can also potentially aggregate a few things into a single port to get more value..
