AQL’s DC3 (Salm Church) has a decent carrier presence with several of the big guys there on their own fibre. It’s quite a pricy site however.
We’ve got a bit of stuff at CCS Leeds in the Seacroft area, which has generally been very reliable (touch wood!). I’m not sure what your connectivity options would be though (we just use their network as it’s all deliberately off-net backup stuff).
