Hi We're currently having real trouble trying to set up a PNI with Google; our prospective Google portal account is conflicting with an old parent company, and the NOC is struggling to set up an account for us. This is becoming a real issue for us, as we're depending on a PNI to reduce our transit.
I have multiple tickets open with NOC and there has been little-to-no progress. I've tried searching for Google contacts in IRC #ix and #networking with no success. Could someone from Google please contact me off-list to try to help sort this out? Would really appreciate some help, seem to be banging my head on brick walls at every turn with this.
