Fixed a dumb preference so we now prefer our peer with fastly over he.net (mock me!), we're now seeing them direct over linx/lonap/amsix for v4 and
v6. Latency is now <2ms.

I get the same from home dsl for v6 (idnet) going to Sydney over v6,
but I don't have access to kick their routers and fix it.

Can those who could reproduce the issue please re-test and advise the current status?
