[uknof] Friendly Switch IP contact / Any sign of faults in the Kings Cross area?

Hi all,

Do we have a friendly Switch IP contact on list who can confirm whether 
a DSL circuit with a specific IP still exists and ?

Got a client whose service (to one of their clients - yep, it's messy) 
is piggybacked off somebody's DSL service in a site in London, and it 
went down at 9:28 this morning with no sign of coming back up.

mtr is stopping in Switch IP core infra suggesting the DSL is down, but 
I can't get hold of anyone at the site at the moment (mobile coverage is 
awful up there).

They're in the Kings Cross area, so would also welcome any input from 
others with faults in that area.
