IME, office fit-out companies should be kept away from cabling of all kind, let alone contracts with important suppliers. Insist on brining in your own cabling specialists who will know the difference between low and high grade cables, and be able to test and certify everything. Chances are your office fitters will subcontract it all, maybe to an average electrician, charge a hefty markup and you'll not get what you want.
