UKNOF42 takes place in just under 4 weeks on Tuesday 15 January at etc venues
155 Bishopsgate in London. I wanted to give you some information before we head
off in to the Christmas and New Year break.

Please note that although we webcast and record the presentations, we do
sometimes receive requests not to record or webcast a particular presentation.
If you are interested in all the presentations at UKNOF42, then please attend
in person.
If any of your colleagues/customers would be interested in attending UKNOF42,

[[ MEETING REGISTRATION DEADLINES ]] - Discounted & Students / Unfunded Monday
31 December ; Standard Monday 14 January

To help us with meeting logistics, please ask your colleagues/customers to
register for the meeting as soon as possible.
Late Discounted Registrations (£180 inc VAT plus Eventbrite fee) and Free
Registrations for Students and unfunded attendees are open until 11.30pm GMT on
31 December (11 days from today) at:

During the meeting website downtime (mentioned below), you may go directly to
the registration page at:

*All* registrations from 31 December 2018 will be on a standard fee basis of
£240 inc VAT plus Eventbrite fee, until the day of the meeting at which point
the registration fee rises to £360 inc VAT plus Eventbrite fee.
Note that although you have registered, if you would like to pay for your
registration, you may do so via the Standard Registration link on the
Registration page at the link above. We will internally match your details so
you do not end up with duplicate registrations.
Registrations are non-transferrable (except between delegates from Patron
organisations and Advisory Committee organisations)
[[ MEETING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE, UPGRADE AND DOWNTIME ]] - 24th - 31st December

UKNOF’s meeting system - Indico - is being upgraded to the latest version and
the transition will take place in the week commencing 24th December.
Although we have specified a week long maintenance window, we do not expect any
downtime to be more than a couple of days.

UKNOF44 - September 2019. Date and venue to be confirmed.
We look forward to seeing you in London at UKNOF42 in just under 4 weeks from
